🔄 Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

Custom-built or made-to-order products
Used or installed equipment
Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
In case of a damaged or defective item, we offer a full replacement or refund, including shipping costs.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
